  Brandon and the new employee at the cashier this morning was amazing!! My order isn’t the easiest and I’m so pleased with how they both handled the situation. Thank you for your patience and accuracy with my order! 5 stars all around!

  Sucks when you try to grab a coffee and sandwich before class at 5pm and they don’t have any iced coffee, they don’t have any regular hot coffee, they ran out of your first two sandwich choices so you have to settle for the third, and then the cashier looks at you like you’re stupid for expecting Starbucks to have regular hot coffee. I was going to give 3 stars because my other experiences there weren’t as bad, but then I remembered that a coffee shop didn’t have any regular hot coffee. If it was 15min before close, I would understand, but they don’t have any medium or dark roast and aren’t brewing any? Next time I’ll go to Dunkin a couple blocks away.

  Depending on the day of week staff is either friendly and helpful or not at all welcoming. This location is new I'll stick with my usual location friendlier and accurate.

  Man at the hot bar: 'Tall cappuccino gets one short shot' and then proceeds to attempt to froth up 2% milk. Absolutely destroyed an Italian delicacy and my taste buds. #discusting

  a few days ago my drink was made wrong and when i told the cashier she caught an attitude with me. i asked for a manager that and after a long wait a very strange looking man named i think Will came out to talk to me. rude and unprofessional. nothing i’d expect from starbucks. i’ll be calling corporate.
